Pay My Rent

Please read before you pay.
To pay your rent online, we require an additional $10 fee for each month’s rent and/ or security deposit paid on top of your rent payment. If you fail to include the $10 fee in your payment, we will subtract the $10 fee first from your payment. This could result in late charges and other additional fees. If you would like to learn how to avoid this fee please contact the office for details.

REFUND POLICY:

“All rental or other payments will be applied to appropriate property and any balance due. If a credit balance exists after such payment it will be applied towards the next month’s rent due.”

*Failure to add the additional $10 fee to the payment will result in additional fees or late charges.
